Our Story
In June 1970, David Bartley, Sr. sold his car to buy a small building, a welding machine, and some grating stock. From that humble beginning in Canton, Ohio, Ohio Gratings, Inc. has grown into one of the nation's leading metal bar grating suppliers.
Today, Ohio Gratings serves customers across North America with the widest selection of bar grating products available. Our product line includes welded, swaged, riveted, and press-locked grating in aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel — along with our proprietary OGI Engineered product lines.
We are proud members of the National Association of Architectural Metal Manufacturers (NAAMM), the Material Handling Industry of America (MHI), and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
